As a Technical Delivery Consultant within the Identity & Biometrics business, you will interface with customers for all technical activities related to the product during pre-sales, tender, deployment and after-sales. You will also lead and write product offers during tenders and manage the project during its implementation.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales

  • Understand the customers’ needs in order to prepare technical offer and contribute to the tender technical answer
  • Calculate cost, define schedule, identify risks
  • Prepare and conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and product trainings
  • Provide samples and market inputs to the product team

Project Delivery

  • Write technical specifications

  • Manage the project from forecast, plan, report, control to delivery
  • Deliver the product and get customer approval

After-Sales

  • Provide first level support to customers' requests and issues
  • Manage the customers’ communication together with Account Manager

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in Technical Support and/or Project Management
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiar with Technical Writing
  • Familiar with Smart Card and Personalization technologies
  • Knowledge on digital security such as Cryptography, PKI and Authentication Protocols
  • Familiar with International Standards such as Global Platform, Java Card, ICAO
  • PMP certification will be a bonus
  • Strong customer-orientation with good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude and meet deadlines under pressure
