About Your Role

The Configuration Manager is responsible for maintaining the relationships between the configuration itemsthat make up the services, systems and applications used by the subsystem during the system delivery phase and then through the term of the ongoing Through Life Support (TLS) phase of the project.

Your responsibilities will include.

  • Defining, developing and maintaining the configuration management system
  • Establishing and embedding asset and configuration management policies, processes and procedures to ensure compliance and reduce risk
  • Regular auditing of the compliance management system
  • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders in relation to software release management as well as technical reviews

How About You?

Qualificationsin system engineering or a related discipline and eligibility for membership of Engineers Australia

Experience in configuration management or systems engineering

Sound knowledge and experience within rail signalling or communication systems
